Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HUAYAO GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

        You have [30 calendar days] from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

    • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

    • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

    • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software or digital products

    • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

    • Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

    • Perishable goods

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    1. Contact us at huayaogloba@outlook.com.com with your order number and reason for return

    2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and any further instructions

    3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address

    4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] to your original payment method.

    • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after [10 business days]:

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges for defective or damaged items are handled separately—please contact us immediately.

 

8. Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

    • If you are returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size), return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
